The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy couch, a fireplace, and a television. Right off the living room is a large dining area, so the whole family can enjoy meals together. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen. The first bedroom has two twin beds, great for kids. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and a television. The bathroom is located in the hallway. The property also features an enclosed porch equipped with wicker furniture and a television. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family! Summer Roost has the following amenities: room air conditioning units, two parking spaces (for standard-size cars), two TVs, cable TV, free WiFi, heat, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, dishwasher, and an outdoor beach shower.
