Each bedroom has a LED flat-screen smart TV. The living room has a flat screen TV with sound bar. Also included are 3 Blue-Ray DVD players, XFINITY cable (DVR included in living room), and free Wi-Fi. All new bedroom mattresses for 2021, including a queen Stearns and Foster mattress in master bedroom, and full-size and twin-size Serta mattresses in second bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The building has a direct ocean front outdoor pool, coin operated laundry facility, and elevator. There is a limit of 7 people and parking for 1 car is included with your rental. Sorry, PETS are not allowed. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in the unit nor on the balcony. Please note, smoking is not permitted on the Surfside 84 property public areas. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
