Three elevators and off-street parking for one car and free parking on the side street on a first come first served basic. 1105 has a private oceanfront balcony which overlooks the ocean, the pool and deck area. Standard features include central air, full size washer, dryer, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen 2 flat screen tv's and free unit WIFI. No pets, please. There is a no smoking policy in the units and other areas at the pool and parking lot.Amenities: Heated Oceanfront Pool, Sundeck Area, and Deck Tennis.
