The Mooring 103 is a low-rise first floor condo that gives you the convenience you need to have a happy vacation, whether you are an early riser to see a sunrise or just want to sit on your private balcony and look at the breaking waves this is the place for you. For added convenience you can avoid the elevator if you like, there are stairs on each end of the building. The Mooring does have a handicap ramp to the elevator if needed. This condo has 1 assigned parking space, that is marked 103 directly behind the building. The maximum occupancy is 6. The property is non smoking, and pets are not allowed in the building.
