Aventurra 401 is a very spacious and beautiful ocean block property and is located on 53rd Street. This unique 4th floor ocean block condo in the Aventurra building offers great views, and lots of space, and a convenient location for your vacation or trip to Ocean City. Whether you are coming to the beach or to attend the special events such as cruisers or the motorcycles your wraparound balcony gives you and you family plenty of space to enjoy the events.The Aventura has multiple sliding doors to access both balconies and features high ceiling for the open and airy feeling you want when you are at the beach. This property rents Saturday to Saturday and has plenty of bedding to accommodate a large family. The master bedroom features a King bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk and a twin and a Queen sleep sofa if needed. For your added convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room in the unit. Also located on the same floor is the rooftop pool. And of course FREE WIFI and Flat Screen Tv's throughout.
